missyblue is a company founded on an idea that’s been “bubbling” for a long time. It’s everyone’s dream to be able to do what they love and make a living at it. Every time I would sit at my sewing machines, I’d think to myself, “I love this, I need to make time to do it more often.” Well, I’m making time.
I will strive to make high quality, one-of-a-kind creations that I hope others will love and want to own. Anyone who purchases one can rest assured that they’re helping me fulfill a dream; the dream of doing what I love and becoming independent.
I chose my company name because when I was a little girl my mom called me “missyblue.” Since then, I’ve known that if I had a company of my own someday, it would be named “missyblue.”
This website is dedicated to my grandkids, Caleb Michael and Layla Winifred. The moment I knew of you, I knew everything was going to be okay. You help me see that the world is a pretty cool place if you take the time to look at it and keep the pleasures simple. Nana loves you.
